Cooking with Heart

Beyond Michelin stars and the finest standards of food and hospitality, each year Northcote also dedicates the OBSESSION festival to a charity close to our heart. This year, as we celebrate our 15th anniversary, we have nominated two charities: Hospitality Action, which provides support to those who work or have worked with hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis, and of which Nigel Haworth has been a patron for many years; and the Prince's Trust, which supports vulnerable young people to help stabilise their lives and develop skills to work. The festival is hoping to raise a considerable amount through a silent auction, with OBSESSION chefs from the last 15 years offering incredible prizes.
